When We mention the term “LYNKE”, We are either referring to the Website (www.mylynke.com), or Our Application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, or an individual’s LYNKE, which is an Online Digital Card containing personal and contact information, which can be shared with other LYNKE Users.
In this document, We will refer to LYNKEs as Online Digital Cards.

We also believe that You have a right to know Our practices regarding the information We collect when You access the Website and Application, and the information which We may learn about You from Your use of the Website and Application. We collect information through Your use of the Website and Application. When You use the Website and Application, We are aware of such usage and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. For example, We may collect information regarding the different online digital cards You have accessed, as well as Contact List information which You will have provided as part of Your use of the Application and/or Services.
What are the purposes of the collection of information?
Learn about general trends on Our Website and Application, and enhance Your User experience on the Website and Application (e.g. We determine which part of the Application draws more traffic and improve such service areas on the Website and Application)
Personal Information is collected in order to:
Learn more about Your preferences and suggest relevant content to You; Enhance the User experience and adjust Our Website and Application to You personally; and improve the quality of the information in LYNKEs (Online Digital Cards) by comparing it with information from Your Mobile Device's contact list as well as other publicly available sources.
On the Application, You may choose to add Your location details to Your LYNKE (Online Digital Card), which means when You share Your LYNKE with other Users, You are entitled to access those details until You choose to edit or remove that information from Your Online Digital Card.
Sharing information with third parties
WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY, EXCEPT IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request;
